What Buyer Protection Covers
Our protection applies when an order does not meet reasonable expectations based on the listing.
Item Not Received
If your order never arrives and the seller cannot provide valid tracking, we assist with shipment verification and resolution.
Significantly Different
Protection applies if the item is materially different from photos/descriptions (e.g., wrong size, undisclosed damage, or a different product).
Damaged During Delivery
