  • KitaKreativ is a marketplace built to celebrate handmade craftsmanship, creativity, and artistic integrity. We encourage:
    • Respectful communication
    • Honest representation of products
    • Fair and transparent transactions
    • Support for independent artisans
  • All users — Buyers and Sellers — are expected to uphold these values.

2. Respectful Communication

  • Users must:
    • Communicate politely and professionally
    • Avoid harassment, threats, or abusive language
    • Refrain from discriminatory or hateful remarks
    • Engage constructively during disputes
  • Harassment or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

3. Honest & Accurate Representation

  • Sellers Must:
    • Provide accurate product descriptions
    • Use authentic photos of their own work
    • Clearly disclose materials, size, and specifications
    • Clearly state production timelines for custom orders
  • Buyers Must:
    • Provide accurate shipping details
    • Clearly communicate custom specifications
    • Submit truthful claims in refund requests
  • False representation may result in account suspension.

4. Handmade Integrity & Artistic Respect

  • KitaKreativ is a handmade-focused platform. Users must not:
    • Upload mass-produced items falsely labeled as handmade
    • Copy or replicate another Seller’s original design
    • Reproduce digital products without authorization
  • Respect for artistic ownership is fundamental to our community.

5. Fair Transaction Practices

  • Users must not:
    • Circumvent the Platform by requesting off-platform payments
    • Manipulate refund processes
    • Submit fraudulent evidence
    • Intentionally delay payments or deliveries
  • All transactions should be completed through the Platform’s official checkout system.

6. Custom Orders Conduct

  • For custom and commissioned works:
    • Specifications must be agreed upon clearly before payment
    • Buyers should avoid repeated major revisions after approval
    • Sellers must communicate realistic production timelines
  • Mutual clarity reduces disputes and protects both parties.

7. High-Value & Special Handling Awareness

  • For large or fragile items:
    • Buyers must ensure delivery accessibility
    • Sellers must communicate shipping requirements clearly
    • Both parties must acknowledge the inherent risks of transporting handmade works
  • Refer to the High-Value & Special Handling Policy where applicable.

8. Digital Products Conduct

  • Buyers of digital downloads must not:
    • Share files publicly
    • Resell or redistribute digital content
    • Claim ownership of purchased designs
  • Digital purchases are for personal use unless otherwise stated.

9. Reporting Violations

  • Users may report violations through the Platform’s support channel: support@kitakreativ.com
  • Reports should include:
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence where applicable
  • The Platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Enforcement Actions

  • If a user violates these Guidelines, the Platform may:
    • Issue a warning
    • Suspend or restrict account access
    • Remove listings
    • Withhold payouts (in cases of fraud investigation)
    • Permanently terminate the account
  • The Platform’s decision in enforcement matters shall be final.
